What you see now on ads there is no real true intent instead of “look what we can do” “Where honest” “We're loyal” “Here's a cute picture of a dog for no f*cking reason”.
Only talking about themselves and other random things that's nowhere even close they're selling. When you look closely, general marketing is just an excuse for not measuring.
“Ah, I don't have to measure anything? Don’t actually have to try, I can send out WHATEVER I WANT WHENEVER I WANT? SIGN ME IN!”
Some companies legitimately think this is a long term investment.
Shoot an ad, let it run, no results.
More like a long term investment for meta.

So if you're looking to actually scale your business, you need people looking through your stuff with interest or desire.
It's the only way.
This type of marketing has been down in the dungeon for a longggg damn time ever since the idea of brand awareness “wE nEed TO bUild uP THe BrANdDdDdd”.
No, you need to get conversions. Doing so by direct response marketing.
This is also known as lead generation but let's call it what’s truly is.
Direct marketing is a superpower if done correctly you'll never need to do a brand awareness campaign ever again, it's just that powerful.
The first thing you want to do is figure out who your target audience is. A starving crowd who is willing to buy your product/service.
Example:
Company: Black Car Services
Target Audience: Corporate man who travels a lot and doesn't want to deal with boston traffic.
Service: Airport Service Transport
Bonus: Luxury and comfort for the corporate man feeling like a boss.
Once you have created a headline that aligns with their needs, you pretty much got their attention and it is easier to sell.
General Marketing Does F*ck All… In The Beginning
I'm not saying brand building and brand awareness does not have its place. It is good to build trust within the community, especially people who you're trying to establish.
They still don’t give a F*ck.
Just don’t do it in the beginning, you’ll burn your money quicker than your monthly gym membership which I bet you don’t use.
