5 marketing myths they told you that are complete B.S.

So if you own a business listen up.

Myth #1

You shouldn’t focus on sales only brand building.

Truth:

That’s farrr from the truth, Marketing should always be  $1 in $2 out. If you want to burn money then go right ahead, let me know how that turns out.

Most people go this route because there's no real strategy or thinking involved—just mindless ads everywhere they can get their hands on.

There won't be a brand to build if there is no sales cash coming in. The lifeline of any business is cash flow.

Myth #2

You need a BIG budget to Advertise.

Truth: You don’t.

When I say this, don’t just put a single dollar into your campaigns and expect high-end results. It doesn't work like that.

At the same time, you don't need thousands of dollars. If you did, that would make things a whole lot easier.

In reality, you need 10% of your monthly revenue, and even then it takes time to see results.

Myth #3

You don’t need to be on every social media platform.

Truth: You should because…why not?

Usually, people don’t want to be in every platform because of the amount of work that goes into it. But the best part about it is that you can literally post the same exact thing on every platform.

Like this:

You’ve created a video for Instagram.

Copy paste

You ship it to other platforms.

See simple.

So get your business on every platform.

Myth #4

Digital marketing doesn’t work:

Truth: It does

The number of times I hear this BS,

Alright Look,

If you treat digital marketing like a set-and-forget system then yeah of course it's not going to work.

To NOT burn your money to the ground you have to keep an eye on it and tweak some things to have a successful campaign.

It's like a car engine,

Consistently keep it running

If it doesn’t then it not looking good.

Myth 5:

Marketing is too expensive.

Truth: Something is better than nothing

Some level of Marketing is less expensive than no marketing at all.

Because what you're doing is wasting time.

I don't mean wasting your time on your business but more on not putting more time into getting you more clients.

Some companies have faster results than others.

The more time you spend on marketing and getting better at it will show in the upcoming months.

It just takes time.

Talk soon
