Walking solves 96% of your problems. 


Let me explain.


As humans we’re designed to walk regularly. That is why in school you walk from class to class so you get tired and able to obtain more useless stuff.



When walking your mind will wander and start thinking of solutions or ideas to your problems and having a sense of dopamine when the walk is over.


Is like a brain reset button, Is very beneficial for you, especially if you work all day from home.



I would go more in-depth about the science behind it but does anyone really care? I'll admit, I like the process behind it because once I know how something works most likely do it again. 


But for most people. 


They just don’t care. 

They care about the results.



Getting out of the house won't kill you if you live in a decent neighborhood, yes you can take showers or drive, It does help as well but not the same as walking.


So try to walk more often 

Your brain will reward you for it 


And it's a good excuse to get off TikTok from doom scrolling.


It's probably the safest drug you can take.
