We have this intent to make projects super complicated for no real reason, either to show off our work or overestimating what we can handle.

Taking 2 steps back when you should’ve taken one step forward. Wasting more time during the process. Not saying you have to be a perfectionist to get this right on the first try.
Everyone has faced this problem before at some point but learning this skill will make you more productive and manage your tasks with ease.

Getting more stuff done without being overwhelmed.
Marketing is the same way, especially with funnels.
You still can have a complicated funnel if you WANT but it's not recommended if you simplify the process in every step of the way.
What I’ve seen is the best-performing funnels are the simplest and well-executed and businesses are rewarded heavily for it.
